This beautiful Empo transport bike has been found in the Midwest United States. I got it from a gentleman who relocated to the U.S. in the 90’s.
The previous owner has told me that this bike was used by the baker in Groenlo. Then made into a wedding bike before he got it. He said he had used it for many years since. With this great bike I also got a great story. I have been looking for a real Dutch bike. Hard to believe I found one in this condition in the U.S.
I believe it is a 1956 from the rear torpedo hub. If anyone has more information it would be appreciated.
